Frequently asked questions

How long does container unloading take?
It depends on the goods and the size: a 6 m container goes faster than a 12 m one, and palletised goods faster than loose-loaded. We confirm the exact time with the quote.
What if the quantities don't match?
We draw up a discrepancy report, with photo documentation on request, and hand it over right after unloading.
Can you arrange container delivery to the warehouse?
Yes, we can arrange container haulage and onward transport of the goods after unloading.
Do you unload machinery and equipment?
Yes, non-standard ones included. It's one of our specialities, we have the equipment and the people for it.
